The estate is located in the municipality of Greve in Chianti, in the area of ​​Montefioralle. It is here that Maurizio—a native of Greve and a multi-generational winegrower—was able to realize his dream, channeling his passion for the land and its produce into the business.

The estate’s grounds cover 20 hectares, comprising 6 hectares of specialized vineyards, 4 hectares of olive groves, and 10 hectares of woodland.
The first vineyard, planted in 2000, sits at an altitude of 450 meters above sea level and enjoys an optimal exposure.
The plantings focus primarily on Sangiovese (accounting for 90% of the vines), alongside Merlot and Syrah; the estate also produces Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Visitors can take guided tours to gain insight into every aspect of wine and oil production, concluding the experience with a tasting of the wines and oil paired with local cured meats and cheeses.
